Reunion

UI/UX Design, Branding

Reunion focuses on raising awareness about human trafficking. It includes a series of posters designed to spark public attention, a mobile app that uses big data and geolocation to help victims reconnect with their families, and a website that shares both victim information and resources for trafficking prevention.

For this logo, I used three hands of different sizes to represent a family. The hands come together to form the shape of a heart, symbolizing happiness and reunion. The project is titled "Reunion", as my hope is to help bring separated families back together through this work.

The app is organized into four main sections based on its core functions. The first is Registration, where victims and their families can submit search requests, and volunteers can sign up to offer help. The second is Missing Notice, which displays various categories of missing persons; users can browse through the listings and view detailed information about each case. The third section is Messages, allowing users to receive updates and communicate with others. The final section is Profile, where users can view and manage their personal information, including any submitted searches or volunteer activity.

Through this project, I gained a deeper understanding of how design can support social impact. I learned how to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly interfaces, and how to balance emotional sensitivity with functionality. It also taught me the importance of empathy, designing for real people with urgent needs requires not only thoughtful visuals, but also careful attention to clarity, accessibility, and trust.
